Vernon, and Lisbon; northern Cedar County including Mechanicsville, Stanwood, Clarence, & Lowden; and western Jackson County including Monmouth, Maquoketa, and Bernard; northeastern Clinton County including Lost Nation; and northeastern Johnson County, including Solon.
